Last Updated: September 18, 2026

Welcome to FieldFlow. This Privacy Policy explains how FieldFlow, a product of Einetic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Einetic", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, processes, stores, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the FieldFlow web platform, mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

FieldFlow is a business-to-business platform designed to help organizations manage field operations, employees, distributors, dealers, sales teams, service personnel, inventory, orders, attendance, visits, reporting, billing, and related business activities.

FieldFlow accounts are generally created, configured, managed, and deleted by the organization that provides access to FieldFlow, such as an employer, distributor, dealer, business, or other authorized organization ("Organization"). Individual users generally do not independently create or delete their FieldFlow accounts.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with any agreements, policies, or instructions provided by the Organization that manages your FieldFlow account.
